Sales Manager

Applicants must have prior F&I and Sales Manager experience.
High CSI track record a must.

This is not a "desk manager" position. This position is for a sales driver, a leader, and a trainer. This position is for somebody who insists on the T.O., not because I want it done, but because you have the skills to turn the customer around. This position is for the person who can pick up the phone, call unsold traffic, and get appointments set. This position is for somebody who can teach others how to do it. If you don't have the passion for "closing the deal", finding creative ways to make a sale, and turning up the intensity level as a team, Do not apply.

 

Your pay plan will be based on your energy, passion, prior track record, and what you can bring to our table. If you can't "walk the talk", don't bother applying. If you don't have a clean driving record, and can't pass a drug test, don't bother applying. If you like to make excuses, and can't accept responsibility for things you have control over, don't bother applying. If you think you fit the description, you are very valuable, and I'm not afraid to pay for performance. No guarantees, and no salaries. You make it happen, and I'll fill your wallet.
