MAP, covered by Bob Penkhus, can be initiated simply by bringing your orders of deployment to our service department at 1101 Motor City Drive during normal business hours. We will issue you a MAP ID card which will cover you for that specific deployment period. You should keep your ID card and Service Contract in your vehicle at all time to initiate prompt service. When does MAP go into effect? MAP, covered by Bob Penkhus, goes into effect only when your spouse is deployed overseas. Who pays my deductible? Your deductible is paid for by Bob Penkhus when there is an emergency and your spouse is deployed overseas. No worries, we've got your back! What service facilities can I use? | | What if I have an emergency after-hours or on Sunday and my spouse is overseas? MAP, covered by Bob Penkhus, offers after-hour emergency service. Contract Randy's Towing at 719.596.6067 or 800.543.6067 to request a tow to the nearest Bob Penkhus Service facility. After-hours is considered: Monday through Saturday before 7:00 AM or after 9:00 PM and all day on Sunday. What if I am traveling out-of-state? MAP does not offer coverage outside the state of Colorado. What emergency situation are covered under MAP?
